As part of the founding team of yellow.ai, Barman has played a key role in establishing its brand presence in 32 countries, with more than 1300 customers in just four years. During the pandemic, Barman led the charge in creating a platform to bring retailers on channels like WhatsApp and Instagram to drive seamless engagement, commerce, and support through conversational AI. More than 300 brands, including Manyavar, ITC Foods, P&G, and BIBA, took on the technology during the pandemic, with 60 per cent automation adoption attained within 30 days for retailers across segments.
