Vivanta Industries Wins Orders Worth $5 Mn To Establish EV Plant In US

Vivanta Industries on Saturday said it has received work orders worth USD 5 million. These orders are subject to execution in the US.

One of these orders are pertaining to establishment of establishing Electrical Vehicle charging and manufacturing unit as per section 31a, 32, 33, and 161 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (42 U.S.C. 2051, 2052, 2053, 2201), and section 646 of the Department of Energy Organization Act Public Law 95-91, as amended; 42 U.S.C. 7256 in the state of Delaware, U.S.A.

This plant will be established in 18-24 months and the software will be developed in 6-12 months from the date of Receipt of Order (Memorandum of Understanding).

The said company is expecting to reach sales worth about USD 10 Million and above after establishing the project, according to regulatory filing on BSE.
