Urban Ladder Opens 50th Store, Targets Expansion In 32 Cities By 2023

Urban Ladder, a furniture brand in India, has recently opened its 50th retail store in Kolkata after a decade of successful operations. Despite having only 13 stores until June 2022, the company managed to achieve this milestone in less than nine months. Urban Ladder plans to expand its retail stores in 32 cities by 2023 and double this number by March 2024. The company is also looking to enhance its online presence through UL.com and Jiomart.

The new store at Axis Mall, Kolkata, covers 3397 sq ft and features a mix of dining sets, study tables, beds, recliners, sofas, and more. Urban Ladder aims to build a long-term sustainable business and focus on zero waste. The company offers a wide range of over 40,000 home furniture, furnishing, and décor products with an excellent shopping experience through its stores across India.
