The joint venture is an equitable partnership, with TWE acquiring a 50 per cent shareholding in OTL for which they invested Euro 11.5 million in cash. This equal ownership structure fosters collaboration, empowering TWE and OTL to leverage their respective strengths and resources for mutual success. TWE Group has made a cash investment to secure their 50 per cent holding in the joint venture.
As per the company’s release, TWE shall extend their knowledge and expertise on technical aspects of the health and hygiene products being manufactured under this joint venture. These products shall consist of specific components & fabrics used in manufacturing sanitary napkins, and baby and adult diapers.
The joint venture opens doors to market expansion, enabling TWE OBT to reach new territories and customer bases.

Moreover, the partnership will leverage shared resources, best practices, and synergies between TWE and OTL, optimizing operational efficiencies, enhancing productivity, and driving sustainable long-term growth.
