French Crown, a direct-to-customer (D2C) fashion brand has hired more than 100 employees for its Surat office recently.
The company has hired for various roles and positions starting with mid-level to senior-level managers and executives for different departments like Designing department, Marketplace Management, accounts department, HR, etc.
The key reason for this hiring process is the introduction of a new department, Marketplace Management. The new hiring comes with a proven understanding of planning and implementation of omnichannel integration. The team employees bring a deep understanding and experience in business management and will be overseeing the e-commerce side of the business and building a strong share of voice for the brand.
French Crown has appointed mid to senior-level managers and executives for this department, it has trained more than 1000 apprentices since its creation in 2016: approximately 70 perc cent have graduated, 85 per cent obtained a certificate of excellence and around 90 per cent were permanently recruited to work in the company.

Currently, French Crown has a team strength of over 600 employees deployed in various departments including RTO, DTO, customer care, shipping, content editing, photography, accounting, etc. These departments work at the front end office where employee strength is around 200 people and 400 above employees work in our 2 manufacturing units located in Udhna and Daman respectively.
