Bacardi India Launches E-commerce Platform

Bacardi India has launched an e-commerce platform, Legacy Collective, to bring together homegrown legacy Indian brands, according to a press release issued on Tuesday.

The platform will feature an exclusive selection of homegrown Indian products, with the goal of creating a new legacy for India’s future lifestyle.

It has collaborated with Isak Fragrances, an artisanal fragrance maker, and a premium leather products brand. The Postbox, as well as the Jaipur Watch Company, which sells high-end watches.

On the launch, Ayaesha Gooptu, Head of Domestic Brown Spirits – Bacardi in India, said that the Legacy Collective aims to connect homegrown brands with consumers who also live by the ethical code of ‘building their own legacy’.

More consumers than ever before are chasing the thrill of new experiences and achievement as we enter 2023 with high and zealous spirits. Today’s consumers want to create their own brand, their own legacy, she says.

The company has also hired Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor to be the face of its new e-commerce platform. She stated that the company is thrilled to have Ranbir Kapoor on board as the face of its new platform.
