Quick-commerce platform Zepto on Friday notified the appointment of Ankit Agarwal as the Chief Product Officer, elevating him from his Senior Vice President Of Product post.
Agrawal, who joined Zepto in 2022, will now have end-to-end ownership of the product in his new role, encompassing the consumer experience, supply chain and last mile delivery.
It may be recalled that Zepto recently raised USD 200 million in fresh capital, in a round led by StepStone, a limited partner of Nexus Venture Partners. Agrawal’s promotion came following the company’s investment. He has previously been with Orinko, as a founder.
Founded in 2020 Zepto is known as one of the fastest-growing technology startups in India.
