Amid changes in management within the company, Adani Green Energy has named the appointment of Amit Singh as the new chief executive officer (CEO) with effect from 11 May 2023.
While Sagar R. Adani has been re-appointed as an Executive Director for a period of 5 years effective from 31 August 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
According to the release by the company, Amit Singh is an IIT graduate and has 22 years of professional experience in the sectors of energy transition, digital advancement and oilfield.
Along with the management changes, Adani Greens posted the Q4 results that imply a rise of 319 per cent in consolidated net profit to Rs 507 crore for the quarter ended March 2023.
As per the results, the Adani firm’s total income rose 88 per cent to Rs 2,988 crore in Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 1,587 crore in Q4FY22.
